Natalia Trayanova, the Murray B. Sachs Endowed Professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering, the director of ADVANCE (the Alliance for Cardiovascular Diagnostic and Treatment Innovation), and a member of the Institute for Computational Medicine, will be inducted into the Women in Technology Hall of Fame in a ceremony on June 10, 2019.
The WITI Hall of Fame was established in 1996 to recognize, honor, and promote the outstanding contributions women make to the scientific and technological communities that improve society. This extraordinary honor is conferred only on six women each year from around the world, and Trayanova now joins the ranks of a group of scientists, engineers, and CEOs whose exceptional contributions to advancing their fields of inquiry have made an impact on society.
